Right to Damages

You have the right to be indemnified for any damages sustained due to an inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained or unauthorized use of your Personal Data, taking into account any violation of your rights and freedoms as data subject.

Transmissibility of your Rights

Your lawful heirs and assigns may invoke the rights that pertain to you as a data subject in case of death, incapacity, or inability to exercise for yourself such rights.

Anonymized Data

Whenever Personal Data is described to have been anonymized, aggregated, or de-identified in such a way that it can no longer be considered as Personal Data under the DPA, anonymization means that Personal Data does not anymore relate to you or that Personal Data was rendered anonymous in such a manner that you are not or no longer identifiable.
